Tottenham forward, Harry Kane, has been named England captain for the FIFA World Cup qualifier against Slovenia on Thursday.

The Three Lions have been without a substantive skipper following Wayne Rooney’s retirement earlier in the year.
Instead of naming a permanent replacement Coach Gareth Southgate has opted to move the armband amongst certain senior players.
In the past, Chelsea and Liverpool skippers, Gary Cahill and Jordan Henderson, respectively have both assumed that role.
Now, it is the turn of Kane to lead his country, who are just one win away from booking a ticket to Russia.
Kane, 24, has been in terrific form, scoring seven goals in his last three games.
The Spurs superstar, who averages a goal every 103.5 league minutes, is proud to captain his national team.
