Afropop singer, Yemi Alade, on Monday, tagged herself the “chairlady” of Phyno’s wives association to celebrate his 30th birthday.
The self-acclaimed King of Queens was responding to an earlier Instagram post by Beat FM presenter and Shuga actress, Maria Okanrende, to wish the ‘Connect’ singer a happy birthday.
“So we are now sharing husband?” she joked in the comment section of Maria’s post.
Hours later the ‘Jonny’ singer, uploaded a picture of Phyno on Instagram, accompanied by a birthday message “from the chairlady of Phyno’s wives association”.
The birthday celebrant responded, writing “Dallu nnem”.
There have been talks in the last three years about Yemi and Phyno being in a relationship.
When a Twitter user asked her in 2015 if she would ever consider dating him, she replied: “Well, as the mama tangerine, if the household tangerine would love that, then yes I would.”
That was a year after Yemi featured Phyno on her song, ‘Taking Over Me’, which was produced by GospelOnDeBeatz.
