Two weeks after disclosing that he had undergone a third surgery for skin cancer, music maker, Banky W, on Sunday wedded actress, Adesua Etomi, in a traditional ceremony in Lagos.
With the miracle of survival and the support of his bride, family and friends on his mind, the 36-year-old took the latest step into matrimony with the words “I don’t deserve to see this day. I don’t deserve this woman, I don’t deserve the family and friends I have.”
Continuing, in the statement made in an Instagram post, the singer added, “Somehow, God saw it fit to bless me with all of it anyway. In this moment, I am so happy, so grateful and so thankful.”
Among the celebrities that came to see Banky and Adesua’s big day were Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Tunde and Tolu “Toolz” Demuren, Bovi, Basketmouth, Jimmy Jatt, Sound Sultan, Toke Makinwa, Kemi Adetiba, Chigul, Lynxx, Juliet Ibrahim, M.I Abaga, Linda Ejiofor and Sola Sobowale.
