It was a full house at Spice Route, Victoria Island venue of weekly entertainment and networking event, Industry Nite, on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, when ‘Double Wahala’ singer, Oritse Femi was hosted.
The event started as usual with Beat FM OAP, Jimmie as the host, and he handled things smoothly.
DJ Kaywise was on the wheels of steel and he kept dishing it out hot for the party-lovers.
Mavin artiste, Reekado Banks and Iceberg Slim turned up the tempo of the night when they performed their new track by DJ Hazan, ‘Sho Mo’ and it got the audience nodding their heads along.
Oritse Femi who performed with the full accompaniment of a live band opened his performance with his evergreen song, ‘Mercies of the Lord.’
He also shared his testimony thus, “If to say God no pick my call, enemies for disconnect my network…”
He continued his performance with ‘Body and Soul,’ before moving on to ‘Jogede’ with DB Records’ acts, 2Kriss.
Other songs performed by the Musical Taliban included ‘Redi,’ ‘Sexy Ladies,’ ‘Igbeyawo,’ ‘Oya Now’ and ‘Double Wahala,’ among others.
Celebs at the well-attended event include Jaywon, DJ Xclusive, Adex of Artquake, Malaika, Joel, MayD, Reekado Banks, Mr 2Kay, Seriki, Iceberg Slim, DJ Flextaman, BOJ, 2Kriss and others.
