Ireti Osayemi’s husband, Adeoye Bakare, has denied media reports that his marriage to the Nollywood actress has collapsed.
Adeoye said in an interview with Global Excellence that while it is true there was a misunderstanding between the two, the matter has been resolved internally.
“There is no misunderstanding that can’t be handled domestically and privately. My wife is still at home. The story is false and has no iota of truth. We are still married,” he said.
There had been media reports that Ireti allegedly moved out of her matrimonial home and refused reconciliation efforts facilitated by friends and family.
The couples have been married for 10 years and have two kids together.
