Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode – who announced a change of surname to Olukayode on Wednesday – is in a celebration mood.
No sooner had Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos dismissed allegation that he laundered millions of naira while serving as minister under former President Olusegun Obasanjo, than he invited lovers, friends and well-wishers to join him in festivity.
Among those celebrating with him is his current flame, pretty Miss Precious Chikwendu.
The two are seen pouting in a picture taken shortly after the verdict.
A private launch was also held in Lagos with few people in attendance.
Fani-Kayode, who headed defeated President Goodluck Jonathan campaign organisation during the last general elections, also took the celebration to Twitter and Facebook.
His social media accounts were however yet to reflect his change of name as at the time of filing this report.
The controversial politician, lawyer and essayist, however, pulled a stunt at the court premises.
