Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr, has expressed happiness in having Moses Simon and Alex Iwobi back to the team.
Simon missed out of the World Cup party due to injury and the winger wasn’t listed for the game at Seychelles.
Arsenal star Iwobi was also excluded from the party to Seychelles as a result of a knock.
The duo is back to the squad, and Rohr is happy with their return to the team.
“It is wonderful that Moses Simon recovered following his injury before the World Cup,” he began in an interview session attended by allnigeriasoccer.com.
“There is joy in my heart for the return of Alex Iwobi to the team. He has been performing very well for Arsenal in the English Premier League.”
The former Republic of Niger gaffer declared that the fittest will be listed for the game on Saturday.
“We have 24 players available for selection. Only 18 will be listed for the game on Saturday. 11 will start.”
“We will see in the training session who are fittest ones to play and start the game,” he concluded.
