The Ikeja City Mall located next to the Lagos powerhouse in Alausa hosted the third annual edition of ‘Catwalk in ICM’ on Thursday, August 6.
High point of the evening was the performance by Mavin artiste, Di’ja (see picture below). The ‘Aww’ singer took to the makeshift runway looking flawless and gave the crowd a good time with her music.
She campaigned for ‘Catwalk in ICM’ on social media before the scheduled date and fans responded positively to the invite.
The show, which also saw models groomed by black|Up, Casabella and Bruno’s place on the runway, was held to honour fashionable guests and for fashion brands resident in the mall to showcase their summer collections.
Participating brands included Mango, Da Viva, Pandora, Woodin, Jack & Jones, Enzzo, Lacoste, Audacious, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, TM Lewin, Mr. Price, Redtag and Markham.
Celebrities, shoppers and lovers of style in general were at entrance 2 in the Max and Nike Court for what proved to be a fun evening.
“The focus has been on ensuring the mall is the choice destination for shopping, entertainment and leisure. The showcase of diverse designs from an array of African and international fashion brands will keep guests spellbound as previous editions,” Eniola Ositelu, marketing manager, Ikeja City Mall, said before the event.
