Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede, has told her father that she hopes her son, Xavier, looks up to her like she looks to him.
The 35-year-old said this in a post via Instagram on Wednesday.
“My boo, my love, my oga, my sugar daddy, my prayer warrior, my first love, my role model. Daddy I don’t know how to thank you for your support.
“I pray Xavier grows up to look at me the way I look at you. Thank you Daddy,” she wrote.
Yvonne Jegede confirmed that her marriage to actor and rapper, Olakunle Fawole, was over in a chat with pulse.ng earlier in the month.
According to her, trouble began three months after she got pregnant with her only son.
“We started having issues before the birth of Xavier. I think I was about two to three months pregnant when the issues came. Immediately the issues came, there was never a dull moment, it just kept going up and up and it got worse and it got bad and today here we are,” she said.
The True Lies actress said the couple decided to part ways by mutual consent.
Yvonne and Olakunle, popularly known as Abounce, got married in 2017.
The actress was delivered of a son in November last year.
Olakunle is the son of late actress, Bukky Ajayi, who died in 2016.
