YBNL good boy, Adekunle Gold, on Friday released the video of his track ‘No forget’ off his Gold album.
Directed by Clarence Peters with top class acting by Nollywood veteran, Ayo Mogaji, the video gives fans of the two singers almost everything.
But a kiss.
Adekunle is the lover who vows to work hard to get his woman despite objection from her caustic mother.
Simi is the love struck young woman who must sneak out of the house to be with the love of her life.
With stories of an affair swirling around the two artistes in real life, the chemistry created in the video looks like it would end in a kiss.
But unlike D’banj and Genevieve in the former’s ‘Fall in Love’ video, the YBNL man and the X3M Music songstress fail to deliver that long awaited onscreen kiss.
‘No Forget’ is the only collaborative song in Adekunle Gold’s debut album released in July 2016.
Speaking in a recent interview with NdaniTV Simi said “I will kiss Falz, I will marry Adekunle Gold and I don’t want to kill Ycee; so I will kill myself.”
