Newly crowned Miss Universe Nigeria, Chidimma Adetshina, has paid a visit to Abike Dabiri-Erewa.
Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman and CEO of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), warmly welcomed Chidimma during a visit to the commission’s Lagos office on Tuesday.
Chidimma who represented Taraba State, emerged victorious at the Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 competition, triumphing over 24 other contestants to claim the prestigious title.
The grand finale of the pageant took place on Saturday night at the Eko Hotel and Suites.
Chidimma Adetshina garnered attention recently due to her withdrawal from the Miss South Africa pageant, following a controversy related to her Nigerian heritage.
Despite the challenges, she secured the highest number of votes throughout the competition.
As Miss Universe Nigeria 2024, Chidimma Adetshina will represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant later this year in Mexico.
