A Nigerian woman who threatened on TikTok to kill her countrymen residing in Canada has been identified as Amaka Patience Sunnberger.

Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) Abike Dabiri-Erewa revealed her name and also posted her photograph on X on Wednesday.

She said the woman has deleted her TikTok account, adding that some Nigerians in Canada are reporting her to the authorities for action.

“This is the picture of the lady behind the voice. Amaka Patience Sunnberger. She has deleted her TikTok account and a group of Nigerians in Canada are reporting her officially to the relevant authorities in Canada,” Mrs Dabiri-Erewa wrote.

Sunnberger threatened during a TikTok live session to poison Yoruba and Edo people, accusing them of not being smart.

She said she wanted the Igbo people in Canada to “wake up” and become “wicked,” adding that they have been too “cool”.

Some male voices were also heard backing her up.
