Actress Lepa Shandy marked her 54th birthday on Sunday with a heartfelt message on social media, expressing gratitude to God for her life and achievements.
“IT’S MY BIRTHDAY! FAMZ PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH ME AND A WORD OF PRAYER TO ME. LEPA @ 54! It can only be you GOD,” she wrote in a message shared on Instagram and Facebook.
Lepa Shandy, whose real name is Folashade Omoniyi-Adewale, earned her nickname from the title character of a movie produced by Gbenga Adewusi’s Bayowa Films & Records International.
She has also acted in movies like Kosorogun, Tim ba Taiye Wa, Perosoko, Oyato, Iyawo Elenu Razor, Iyawo, Nkan Agbara, Gidi Blues and Eri Ife Leyi.
Married to Dayo David-Adewale, Lepa Shandy lives in the United Kingdom but visits Nigeria occasionally.
