YBNL Nation recording artiste, Adekunle Gold, has released the video of ‘Friend Zone’ off his debut album Gold.
Directed by Partick Elis, the 3:23mins video was released on YouTube on Monday.
In the video, Adekunle Gold tries to woo a light-skinned woman and persuade her to be his girl.
He arrives at her house in a fancy car and they go out together but all efforts to get closer to her prove abortive.
Next, Adekunle and his love interest visit a bar together where he decides to perform a song for her.
While he’s serenading her, she receives a message and bids him farewell but he follows her and unfortunately, sees her kissing another man.
The video also features cameo appearance from Instagram comic act, Oluwatobi Onibatedo, popularly known as Mama Tobi.
