Singer Adekunle Gold has taunted fellow artiste Joeboy after the latter lost N3 million on a Champions League bet.
Joeboy had staked the amount on Real Madrid to defeat Arsenal in the first leg of their quarterfinal clash at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.
He stood to win N10.3 million if the Spanish team had emerged victorious.
Before kickoff, Joeboy posted a screenshot of his bet slip on X, declaring, “Cashing out on Arsenal tears tonight!”
Unfortunately for him, Arsenal stunned Madrid with a 3-0 win, dashing his hopes and bet.
Reacting after the match, Adekunle Gold reposted Joeboy’s tweet on X and mocked him, writing: “Lmao. You don go blow stream money. Next time face your club.”
