Nigerian singer, Adekunle Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold, has promised to sell out the 02 Arena in London with his ‘Indigo at the 02’ concert on June 29, 2018.
The 30-year-old made the pledge on Monday with a video uploaded to Instagram, showing him having a wide view of the 02 Arena.
“My eye is on the price, that is the 02 in the distance. In 5 months I would be selling out a venue there too! He will make all things new!” the ‘Orente’ singer wrote.
Adekunle’s proclamation came three days after rapper, Ycee, had his first headline concert at the same venue.
The event was hosted by Beat FM London OAP, Shopsydoo, with guest appearances from Wizkid and Basketmouth.
Adekunle Gold, who is set to release his second album titled About 30, had a successful 2017.
He rounded off the year with his One Night Stand concert at the Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on December 26.
The London and Dublin legs of the concert were held on June 30 and July 8 respectively.
