Adekunle Gold’s father Adeyemi Kosoko has been appointed a permanent secretary in Lagos.
Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode on Sunday approved Mr Kosoko’s appointment.
Five other new permanent secretaries were confirmed by the governor.
They include Fausat Goncalves, Bolajoko Balogun, Olufemi Adeniji, Omobolanle Adelaja, and Temidayo Lawal.
Also, Hakeem Muri-Okunola has been appointed the 21st Lagos State Head of Service (HOS).

Until his appointment, Muri-Okunola was the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Social Development.
He was also the Executive Secretary, Land Use and Allocation Committee (LUAC), a position he held between 2005-2011.
Mr Ambode thanked the outgoing HOS, Mrs. Adesoye, for her meritorious service to the state and wished her well in her future endeavours.
The new head of service and permanent secretaries would be sworn in on Monday at the Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja.
