Actors Adeniyi Johnson, Kunle Afod, Yomi Fash-Lanso and Allwell Ademola have expressed their condolences to their colleague Saidi Balogun following the death of his daughter.
Saidi took to his Instagram account on Saturday to share a post featuring an image of a candlelight surrounded by flowers and accompanied by heartbroken emojis.
A close source to the movie star revealed to QEDNG that he was in the middle of a stage performance at Terra Kulture on Friday when he received the news of his daughter’s death.
Fans and celebrities alike took to the comment section of Saidi’s post to send their condolences.
Kunle Afod wrote, “Take heart, my brother.”
Yomi Fash-Lanso added, “Condolence to you and your entire family.”
Adeniyi Johnson wrote, “My condolences sir.”
Allwell Ademola shared a picture of a lit candle on her Instagram page with the caption, “I am speechless, I pray this is all a dream oh God! My Osenatu”
Actress Ronke Oshodi Oke sent comforting words to Saidi in an Instagram post.
She wrote, “No words can ease the pain of losing someone so precious. My heart goes out to you @saidibalogun during this incredibly difficult time. May you find strength in the love and support surrounding you.”
At the time of this report, the cause of Zinat’s death remained undisclosed.
Zinat was the first child from Saidi’s first marriage to Sherifat. Before this incident, the actor was a father of four children.
