Omotola Ogunpitan, daughter of the chief executive officer of video production and technology company IBST Limited Aderemi Ogunpitan, has earned a master’s degree at Westminster University, United Kingdom.
Ogunpitan read digital media for her master’s degree, graduating on Monday.
Her father said in an Instagram post that it was a proud moment for him.
“Today, I am beyond proud as I watch my daughter, Omotola, graduate with a Master’s in Digital Media from Westminster University,” Ogunpitan wrote. “This milestone is more than a degree – it’s a testament to her strength, resilience, and unwavering focus.”
He said she lost her mother at just eleven years old, and has since been a source of joy and pillar in his life.
“Through my own mistakes, and even during challenging times when she could have lost hope, she stayed strong, steadfast, and compassionate,” he continued. “Her empathy and love have been a beacon for me and everyone around her, and her ability to triumph over life’s trials has shown me what true strength looks like.
“Today, I pray that God rewards her abundantly. She’s a woman who understands pain but chooses joy, who knows hardship yet embraces grace. Omotola, may this day mark the beginning of a journey filled with blessings, success, and the fulfillment of all your dreams. You deserve it all, and more.”
