Former Attorney General of the Federation, Mohammed Adoke, has arrived the Gwagwalada Division of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, to be arraigned on fraud charges.
Mr Adoke is being accused by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of fraud in the $1.1 billion Malabu oil deal.
The former AGF arrived court on Wednesday in a bus occupied mainly by EFCC operatives and policemen.
Dressed in white with a cap, Adoke walked into the courtroom with the aid of a walking stick.
He is to be arraigned before Justice Idris Kutigi.
