Actress Joke Silva on Monday shared a loved-up picture with her husband Olu Jacobs at the recently held 2021 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF).
Joke uploaded the photo on Instagram.
The 60-year-old also uploaded pictures from the event which captures herself, Olu Jacobs, Chioma Ude, Lala Akindoju and Deyemi Okanlawon among others. She further thanked AFRIFF founder Chioma Ude for her contribution to the entertainment industry.
“Still reveling in the @afriff awards night. Thank you @realchiomaude founder and Festival director of AFRIFF ( Africa International Film Festival). Can’t Believe AFRIFF had its tenth edition. Thank you for all you have done and you do for this industry,” she wrote.
Olu Jacobs received lifetime achievement awards at the event. Joke Silva also congratulated him on the feat.
The couple has shared several loved-up moments together, some of which include Olu Jacobs’ surprise visit to Joke on a movie set in September and during her 60th birthday celebration in October.
Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva met in 1981 at the National Theatre, Lagos during Nigeria’s 21st Independence anniversary.
They have gone on to become the most recognised and respected couple in Nollywood.
