Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa, on Tuesday successfully completed the traditional rites of new wife, Juliet Ejue.
The event took place in Juliet’s native Ogoja Local Government area in Cross River State, six weeks after the pair exchanged vows at a marriage registry in Abuja.
He took to Instagram to share a photo of the event with the caption “He who finds a wife, finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord. Thank Allah it was a success.”
Musa had earlier parted ways with his first wife Jamila who bore two kids for him.
The Leicester City star began the process of tying the nuptial knot with his latest bride at an Abuja court in May.
Now with that sorted, Musa will be expected back in England soon ahead of the preseason.
The winger’s debut season in the Premier League was certainly below par by all standards.
The 24-year-old arrived King Power with so much funfair, joining the Foxes for then club record fee of around £16 million from CSKA Moscow.
He has, however, started just seven league games with a paltry two strikes.
“I know I have to work hard to get back in the starting line-up,” the ex-Kano Pillars man told Complete Sports.
“My first season didn’t go as well as I expected but this season will be better for me.”
