Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa, has lent his voice on the ongoing campaign against drug abuse in Nigeria.
Last month, the Federal Government banned the importation and usage of codeine to curtail widespread abuse of the drug, especially by youths across the country.
Musa, who grew up in Kano, one of the states with the highest consumption, urged young people to stay away from illicit drugs.
The Leicester City forward made the plea on Tuesday via Twitter.
At every stage of your lives, you have the ability to make a choice. Refuse the pressure, make the decision to SAY NO TO DRUGS. pic.twitter.com/DuuHEnPG6n

Musa will be one of Nigeria’s big stars at the FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The 25-year-old will be making his second successive appearance at the Mundial after hitting two goals in Brazil.
