“Yesterday, I paid a condolence visit to one of my associates, Hajia Hussaina Kurfi, who lost her first son after a brief illness. I pray Allah will grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss. May his soul rest in Jannatul firdaus,” she wrote on Instagram.
The first lady was part of those who attended the All Progressives Congress (APC) rally in Lokoja last Thursday alongside the party’s national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole; Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State and others.
Taking a cue from el-Rufai, Aisha also apologised to the people of the state on behalf of Bello.

”Let me refer back to Kaduna State governor’s speech where he had to kneel and say the people should forgive and forget,” she said.
President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife begged Kogi people to forgive Bello for not paying civil servants.
