Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has emerged victorious in all 18 local government areas of the state in the election held on Saturday.
Aiyedatiwa, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), garnered a total of 366,781 votes, defeating his closest rival Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who secured 117,845 votes.
The final collation of results is being conducted by the returning officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Akinwumi Durotimi who also serves as the vice-chancellor of the Federal University, Lokoja.
