Ajibola, the third daughter of Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, on Monday openly mourned her boyfriend, DJ Olu.
The disk jockey, a son of businessman and politician, Dapo Abiodun, was found dead in his car along with a friend named Chime on Saturday.
He was also a friend and colleague of Davido.
Ajibola, who had hitherto kept her relationship with the DJ from public scrutiny, took to Snapchat to share a picture of herself and the deceased.
“Rest easy my baby, always watching over me my angel,” she captioned the picture.
Friends of the governor’s daughter have been sympathising with her online and offline.
Ajibola owns The Lush Beauty company and also has a YouTube channel named Always About Ajay.
Her older sister, Abisola Kola-Daisi, had earlier mourned the death of the disc jockey, describing him as “my baby brother and best uncle to my babies”.
DJ Olu’s death came four days after another one of Davido’s friend, Tagbo Umeike, reported to be Caroline Danjuma’s boyfriend, died after hanging out with the ‘Fall’ singer.
