Florence Ajimobi, widow of the former governor of Oyo State Abiola Ajimobi, on Monday posted on social media more photos from the funeral of her mother Victoria Amuduoghan.
Mrs Amuduoghan, who died on September 9, was buried after a funeral service on October 15 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Ndemili in Ndokwa West Local Government of Delta State.
Senior pastor of the Trinity House Church in Lagos Ituah Ighodalo and Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and wife were part of Mrs Ajimobi’s guests at the funeral.
In her social media post, Mrs Ajimobi thanked all who graced the occasion.
“From Ndemili to Lagos. Thankful for friends and family that came from all over the world to celebrate our mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunty- Mrs Victoria Amaka Amuduoghan,” she wrote.
The bereaved family held a thanksgiving service on Sunday, October 17 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Aguda, Surulere, Lagos.
