Governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP), Adebayo Alao-Akala, has formed an alliance with two other candidates.
They are Olufemi Lanlehin of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and Sharafadeen Alli of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP).
The trio met on Friday to form the alliance at Akala’s residence.
The alliance is aimed at defeating the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the governorship and House of Assembly polls on March 9.
They agreed to review the terms of alliance after results of Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections are released.
