President of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Akinwumi Adesina has shared a kiss with his wife Yemisi in celebration of their 40th wedding anniversary.
Adesina kissed his wife in one of the pictures he shared on social media on Sunday.
Also among the photos posted is one from their wedding back in the day.
Professing his love, the AfDB boss said he would marry Yemisi 40 times over any day, adding that 40 years of loving her have been the best years of his life.
“40 years ago today, I married my beautiful and amazing sweetheart, Grace (Yemisi). I will marry you 40 times over and over any day.
“40 years of loving and treasuring you, Grace (Yemisi) are the best years of my life. One love, one team, one goal. I love you Honey,” he said.
Adesina, a former minister of agriculture and rural development in Nigeria, and his wife have two children Rotimi and Segun.
The AfDB, a multilateral development finance institution, is headquartered in Abidjan since September 2014. Adesina has been its CEO since September 2015.
