Fancy Acholonu, fiancée of Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo has confirmed that she has broken up with the actor.
Qed.ng had reported that Fancy deleted photos of Alexx on her Instagram, she also unfollowed him, which left fans wondering if the couple is splitting up.
Fancy confirmed the break up in an Instagram post on Thursday.
“Hey guys, I am writing to inform you officially that I have ended my relationship engagement and I have called off my wedding with Alexx Ekubo. I am aware that this may be a shock to many people. I have made the best decision for myself. It is important that everyone finds their happiness and live in their truth,” she wrote in parts.
Alexx Ekubo has also unfollowed Fancy on Instagram.
The estranged couple got engaged in Los Angeles, United States of America. They announced that their wedding ceremony would take place in November 2021.
