- He was born in Warri, Delta State on July 24, 1965 to the Royal Family of Agbarha Otor, Ughelli North Local Government Area and spent the first eight years of his life there.
The son of a retired soldier, he schooled at Ojo Primary School and Command Secondary School both in Lagos.- Studied Religious Studies and Philosophy at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (then known as Bendel State University).
