Popular comedian, Ali Baba, on Friday declared his intention to become senate president.
“I hereby declare my intentions to run for the post of Senate President…” the 52-year-old wrote in a post on Instagram.
He, however, didn’t state which senate he has in mind but his followers have promised to vote for him if he indeed wants to go into politics.
If he indeed goes into politics, Ali Baba won’t be the first Nigerian celebrity to take that bold step.
