Ferdinand Orbih, counsel to Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, failed to appear in court on Wednesday in the alleged certificate forgery trial of his client.

The plaintiff wants the court to disqualify Mr Wike from contesting the governorship election in Rivers.
Holding brief for Mr Orbih on Wednesday, Emmanuel Ukala asked the court to adjourn the case since Orbih was before the Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt Division, for another case.
