Nollywood twin actresses, Chidimma and Chidiebere Aneke, have thanked Nigerians for the special wishes they received on their 33rd birthday.
The movie stars made their thanks in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“You made our day extra special. Thanks each and every one of you for your words, prayers and the sweet gifts on our Birthday, Not just the quick notes. The thought that goes behind every word you write reminds us that our life is filled with friends and family who appreciate us. Praying for all of you!! We LOVE YOU❤️❤️,” they wrote in similar posts.
Actress, Mercy Johnson, had Chidimma and Chidiebere for always having her back as she celebrated them on their birthday.
The twins began their acting career in 1999. They acted in their first movie titled Ebuka, a movie which propelled their Nollywood career.
They rose to fame after starring in Nollywood blockbuster movie Desperate Twins in 2004. The movie earned them a nomination for Most Promising Acts to Watch at the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
The twins also feature in movies such as The Scorpion God, Jealous Friends and Revenge of the Gods.
