Actress Annie Idibia has hailed Sunmbo Adeoye, the mother of two of singer 2face’s seven children, on her son Nino’s induction ceremony.
Nino, who was inducted into the leadership role as a social perfect, took photos with his mum and his step father. The pictures where posted on Instagram on Tuesday by Sunmbo who expressed how proud she was of the boy.
She wrote: “It’s such an honor to attend our first child’s induction into this leadership role as a social prefect.
“The values we have instilled into him over the years, gives me great hope that amidst the horrible things currently trending and happening amongst teenagers, adolescence and young adults in Nigeria, he will show forth the light and spread his own quota to positively influence young people within his school. Thank you Jesus for the gift of Nino. Ever living God, you are so real to my family and I”.
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Annie congratulated Nino and praised Sunmbo.
“Fabulous. Big congrats son. Weldone mama,” she wrote.
“Awww thanks so much, your son appreciates you o,” Sunmbo replied.
Mrs Adeoye bore two boys, Nino and Zion for 2baba also known as 2face.
Sunmbo is now married to David Adeoye, the resident pastor of the Royalty Christian Centre Agege, Lagos.
