Mexican boxer, Andy Ortiz Jr, has said that British-Nigerian, Anthony Joshua, is not a good boxer.
Ortiz has also promised to defeat him in their rematch slated for November or December.
Joshua lost his World Boxing Association, International Boxing Federation and World Boxing Organization titles to the Mexican in a major upset on June 1.
Discussing the coming rematch, Ortiz said: “For the rematch it’s going to be the same, man, and I’m going to be even more prepared, more ready, I know his flaws, I can do a lot better.”
“I think the only thing he can do is just run around you know, like he’s not good at boxing, he’s not a good boxer. But it’s going to be a hell of a fight for Ruiz-Joshua II.”
In a post on social media, Anthony Joshua suggested that he might be sparing himself of Nigerian dish, pounded yam, as he prepares for the rematch.
