Former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate DeeOne has given social media critic VeryDarkMan a 24-hour deadline to apologise to comedian and media personality Nedu or face exposure.
DeeOne issued the ultimatum in an Instagram post on Sunday, vowing to reveal VeryDarkMan’s alleged secrets, including the identity of the person he claims is controlling him.
“VeryDarkMan, I give you 24 hours to apologize to Nedu. If not, I will expose all your darkest secrets and send them to Tunde Ednut so people can see the kind of person you truly are,” he warned.
He further alleged that a hidden figure dictates VeryDarkMan’s actions and cautioned social media influencer Tunde Ednut to be wary of his dealings with him.
“You know there’s someone controlling you, and you relay messages to that person. Tunde doesn’t know this,” DeeOne said.
“Tunde, from today, if you’re communicating with VeryDarkMan, ensure your calls remain professional.
“Be careful, so they don’t bring you down. I have the proof because I was involved. If you don’t apologise to Nedu in the next 24 hours, I’ll expose everything.”
The controversy stems from allegations by VeryDarkMan that Nedu Wazobia solicited intimate favors from several women in exchange for helping them gain prominence.
The accusations led to Nedu quitting The Honest Bunch podcast last Friday.
Before this, DeeOne had claimed on the same podcast that VeryDarkMan was gay.
He later appeared on TVC on Saturday, asserting that VeryDarkMan was afraid to confront him directly because his allegations were true.
DeeOne also accused VeryDarkMan of fraud, alleging that he took N20 million from his NGO’s account and misused the funds.
In response, VeryDarkMan has called on TVC to invite him to defend himself.
