Former Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, has arrived Osun for the conferment of a chieftaincy title on him.
Mr Aregbesola will be turbaned on Friday by the Osun League of Imams and Alfas as the Amirul Waziri-Muuminiina of Osun State.

“I thank the good people of the State of Osun and other well-wishers for welcoming me to Osogbo in grand style as I get turbaned by the Osun League of Imams and Alfas as the Amirul Waziri-Muuminiina of the State of Osun today,” he wrote on Twitter.
Aregbesola was received by Senator Solomon Adeola and other party members.
Governor Gboyega Oyetola was not on hand to receive him as he is currently in Mecca for the lesser Hajj.
