Aremu is the younger brother of popular filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, who was forced to distance himself from his action after fans and social media users called his attention to it.
This is not the first time Kunle will publicly disassociate himself from statements made by the youngest son of the late legendary filmmaker, Adeyemi Afolayan, popularly known as Ade Love.
Aremu drew the ire of his older brother in April when he said in a PUNCH interview that he was born poor in spite of their father’s fame.
Responding, in another interview with the newspaper, Kunle said Aremu was on his own, and that they were not from a poor home.
