Super Eagles coach, Salisu Yusuf, believes the Argentina national football team isn’t invincible, hence can be beaten.
Both nations clash in an international friendly in Krasnodar, Russia, on November 14 ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Five of seven previous meetings between the two sides have ended in favour of the Albiceleste.
And despite this long-standing dominance and fourth-place global rating, Yusuf is confident of his lads.
Salisu said Argentina’s track records would not be an advantage because the two teams would play the match based on their current form.
“My players are equal to the task anytime anywhere,” he said in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja, Friday.
“And we are not afraid of big names because big names no longer play football.
“But talent and determination are key to winning matches.”
Before taking on Argentina, the Super Eagles will face Algeria in their last 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier on November 10.
The match will be played in Algeria with Eagles already through to the global showpiece.
