Speed Darlington’s lawyer Stan Alieke has joined the escalating online feud between singer Burna Boy and socialite Cubana Chief Priest, daring Burna Boy to arrest the socialite over his recent comments.

In a post shared on his Instagram Story on Saturday, Stan referenced Cubana Chief Priest’s Friday night remarks about Burna Boy, which revived the controversial “Diddy and baby oil” allegations.

Stan wrote, “Your petition claims that the Diddy & baby oil banter has caused ‘irreparable damage to your international reputation and has made you lose a lot of gigs.’

“Hey, another person with more reach and influence just referenced the baby oil and Diddy banter. So the world is expecting you to engage the police & arrest him since that’s your modus operandi, or the street will interpret it as cowardice. Well, I’m just a lawyer that wants justice to go round.”

The feud stems from Cubana Chief Priest’s insinuations that Burna Boy engaged in an inappropriate relationship with detained US rapper P. Diddy in exchange for a Grammy Award.

“Diddy oil the fastest way to PTSD. You never see anything, you and your bend down collect Grammy,” Chief Priest wrote.

These allegations echo similar claims made by Speed Darlington in October 2024, which led Burna Boy to file a police petition.

Speed Darlington was arrested after releasing a video suggesting Burna Boy’s Grammy win was linked to his relationship with Diddy.

Though briefly released, Speed Darlington was rearrested in Owerri, Imo State, on November 27, 2024 and remains in police custody, where he spent the Christmas holiday.

The ongoing feud has sparked heated reactions across social media, with fans and critics taking sides in the controversy.
