Arsenal fans have developed a new nickname for Nigeria youngster, Alex Iwobi, following his sterling performance at the Emirates.
Supporters of the north London club now describe the 20-year-old as Big17.
Iwobi was handed the jersey no 17 vacated by Alexis Sanchez at the start of the 2016/17 Premier League season.
The attacking midfielder has continued his steady rise in the past one year by notching three assists thus far this campaign.
His superb skills, flicks and killer passes have certainly made him a fan favourite.
It is for this and other reasons that the Nigerian is now described as Big17 despite his petite statue.
“Especially after a game, I’m trying to go home and I see fans almost breaking my car just to grab a picture, it’s just crazy,” Iwobi said about Arsenal fans.
