Arsenal continued their impressive run this season with an emphatic 6-0 thrashing of Ludogorets on Wednesday in the UEFA Champions League.
Mesut Ozil grabbed a hat-trick with Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Alexis Sanchez also on target at the Emirates.
The Gunners are now unbeaten in 10 games and top Group A after three matches – ahead of Paris St-Germain on goal difference.
Nigeria’s Alex Iwobi is, however, taking a pragmatic approach to his side’s run of impressive form.
The 20-year-old, who was given a rest in the game, revealed his teammates aren’t getting ahead of themselves yet and take each game as they come.
“We’re not trying to get ahead of ourselves, we’re taking each game as it comes,” the youngster who has notched three assists said.
“It’s basically our mental side that we were working on.
“We’ve still added that to our game and we believed if we’re mentally prepared in ourselves for this game that we would do well in November and it won’t be such a tough time, hopefully.”
The Gunners will return to Europe’s elite club competition on Tuesday November 2 when they travel to Romania for the return leg against Ludogorets.
They face Middlesbrough in the Premier at home on Saturday.
