Die-hard Gooner and regular face on Arsenal Fan TV, Kelechi Anyikude, has slammed the club for spoiling his celebration of Efe Ejemba’s victory in the Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
The PhD holder, who wore Arsenal’s full kit during his graduation in 2016, expressed disappointment after Arsene Wenger’s side slumped to a 3-0 away defeat at Crystal Palace on Monday.
Anyikude had posted on Twitter shortly after Efe’s victory on Sunday that he would celebrate his fellow Gooner after the match at Selhurst Park.

That was not to be as a fourth straight away defeat leaves Arsenal sixth in the Premier League and in increasing danger of missing out on Champions League qualification for the first time under Wenger.
Speaking to the popular YouTube channel dedicated to ranting Arsenal fans, an irritated Anyikude declared, “Yesterday, an Arsenal fan in Nigeria won Big Brother. We were all elated. These people brought me from 100 to zero.”
The usually unflappable Nigerian surprised his interviewer, Robbie Lyle, who commented that “I have never seen you this angry before.”
Calling for the scrapping of the whole team, Kelechi said the player’s performance was not fair on the fans.
