Singer Asake has unfollowed everyone on Instagram, including his record label boss Olamide.
QEDNG’s check on his Instagram account reveals that he is no longer following anyone on the platform.
QEDNG also observed that photos and videos on the page have been removed.
The reason for the sudden decision to unfollow everyone on the platform has not yet been revealed.
Asake once revealed that he begged YBNL Nation for two years before he finally agreed to sign him to his record label.
The ‘Lonely at the Top’ star disclosed this in a 2023 interview with Hip TV while narrating how he finally became a signee of the rapper.
Asake said Olamide invited him to his house one day and asked him whether he would like to join his record label, and he accepted without hesitation.
Asake signed to YBNL Nation in February 2022. That same month, he released his debut EP, Ololade, which featured his breakthrough song ‘Omo Ope’ featuring Olamide and the single ‘Sungba’.
He was listed among the top 10 most searched singers of 2023 by Google while ‘Lonely at the Top’ was listed as the most searched song.
