Pop sensation Ashny, who has taken the music scene by storm since the release of her debut album Ashny Ain’t Playing in October 2023, is gearing up for another milestone.
Ashny has graced prestigious stages, including the Alibaba January 1st Concerts (2024 and 2025), Felabration anniversary concerts at Freedom Park (2023 and 2024), Laffmattazz with Gbenga Adeyinka, Night of Queens, Muludun Night with Koffi Tha Guru, CIG Industry Nights and the Goge Africa Concert.
She is well known for songs like ‘Fe Mi,’ ‘Middle of Something,’ ‘Gbamigbo,’ ‘Irawo,’ ‘Volup’ and ‘Ara’.
Last December, she added a classic Christmas song to her repertoire and premiered her first movie, Birth of a Nightingale.
The movie, which showcases Ashny as the lead actress, features an ensemble cast that includes music legend Yinka Davies, producer Puffy Tee, Georgewill Jonathan, Openteeth, Makati, Dynamic V and comedy icon Koffi Tha Guru, who also wrote, directed and produced the project.
Now, Ashny is set to deliver another memorable experience with the second edition of An Ashny Valentine, scheduled to hold on February 14 at Freedom Park, Lagos.
Backed by her Char Char band, the event will feature performances from guest acts like Yinka Davies, Jafextra, Sossick, Pupa Tee and Mooh. Fans will also have the chance to win exclusive merchandise and join the Ashtonian fan club.
During the event, Ashny will officially launch her new album Femme Fatale, a soulful and groovy project produced by renowned producer Sossick, with contributions from Lowkeyz and Daeci.
For the first time, the artiste features collaborations with guest artistes on songs like ‘If No Be You’ featuring Ypick, ‘In My Feelings’ featuring Sossick and Pupa Tee and ‘He Belongs to Me’ featuring Mooh.
