Actress Tonto Dikeh has shared a cryptic yet stern message about betrayal, advising her followers to be wary of people with a “reputation for betraying trust.”
Tonto took to Instagram on Thursday to share a picture of her dressed in a purple outfit, with the message reprimanding backstabbers.
The actress compared such individuals to snakes, expressing dismay.
She wrote, “I used to be so jealous of Harry Potter for being able to talk to snakes, but it turns out I’ve been doing it my whole life.”
The mother of one highlighted the prevalence of betrayal, describing how recording conversations has become a common tactic.
“It’s the season of betrayal, where recording conversations has become the norm. Keep your words brief and your encounters even shorter,” she advised.
Tonto continued, “The worst kind of people are those who secretly record you, even when no issue exists yet. Don’t just walk away—flee from such damaged souls. Avoid entirely those who have a reputation for betraying the trust you or others place in them.”
Her message comes amidst the recent controversy involving crossdresser Bobrisky.
The dispute escalated after an Instagram post by VeryDarkMan, which featured a leaked audio recording where Bobrisky allegedly accused rapper Falz and his father, Femi Falana of contacting him during his six-month prison sentence for abusing the naira, offering to help secure a ‘presidential pardon.’
