The reaction of former military ruler Ibrahim Babangida during the visit of a presidential hopeful Adamu Garba to his Niger State residence has sparked debate on social media.
Garba visited Babangida last week to inform him of his presidential ambition, a move common among Nigerian presidential hopefuls.
Babangida had previously received top presidential aspirants such as Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar and Rotimi Amaechi.
Garba will be contesting the ticket of the All Progressives Congress with party chieftains such as Tinubu, Amaechi, and Yahaya Bello.
Many on social media say Babangida showed no emotion during Garba’s visit.
