Celebrity couple, Banky W and Adesua Etomi, are celebrating the first anniversary of their traditional wedding.
In messages posted on Instagram on Monday, husband and wife declared their eternal love and appreciation for each other.
“I’m still amazed that I get to call you mine. Thank you for loving me,” singer, Banky W, wrote.
He later added: “My purpose partner, my rock, my destiny, my Shug, my wife, my life… Happy tradiversary Skuu.”
His actress wife also showered encomiums on him, saying he was worth the wait.
“A year ago, I was sure that I loved you as much as I thought was humanly possible. A year later and I realise that I was so wrong. I love you so much more.
“Thank you for stretching my heart muscles and being such an amazing human being and husband,” she wrote.
Banky W and Adesua co-starred as a married couple in Nollywood’s groundbreaking The Wedding Party.
Bubba and Susu, as they call each other, got engaged in May 2017 and announced their engagement in a manner that “broke the internet” as fans and well-wishers took to social media to wish them well.
The traditional wedding took place in Lagos and was followed by a stunning destination white wedding held in South Africa.
