Barcelona has completed the signing of French forward, Antoine Griezmann, from fellow Spanish side, Atletico Madrid.
The 28-year-old will join after the Catalan club paid his full €120 million (£107.6m) buyout fee on Friday.
The club has announced that he will sign a five-year contract that ties him to Nou Camp until June 30, 2024.
Griezmann’s contract with Barca will have a buyout clause of €800m, the Spanish champions added in a statement.
He is expected to be presented as a new FC Barcelona player next week, and the club confirmed they would be announcing official details of his presentation in due course.
Griezmann was linked with a move to Ernesto Valverde’s side at the end of the 2017-18 season.
However, he opted to reject a move away from Atletico Madrid and chose to sign a new five-year deal at the Wanda Metropolitano.
